Rye Lane offers more high street and market shopping options, plus the trendiest of hangouts such as Peckham Levels and The Bussey Building. Go vertical in the warm months for rooftop bars here.

Central Camberwell is a 12 minute walk - down beautiful Camberwell Grove - flanked with mature London plane trees and dreamy Georgian houses. Here we like The Camberwell Arms, The Pigeon Hole cafe, Silk Road, Theo’s, The Hill Bakery and The Crooked Well especially. 

Camberwell leisure centre is also local with a smart Victorian pool, gym facilities and group classes. Or saunter down to Butterfly Tennis Club or Zen Yoga (both even closer, at the foot of Camberwell Grove).

Lettsom Gardens is popular with locals, as is Warwick Gardens. Ruskin, Brunswick, Peckham Rye and Burgess Parks are all fairly close too, plus Lucas Gardens and St. Giles Churchyard. 

A large Sainsbury’s store is close by on Dog Kennel Hill, by Dulwich Hamlet Football Club. And there’s a handy new M&S Food Hall by East Dulwich Station.
