There is also free parking on a nearby roads (such as Westminster Road). Nearby train services to/from London are at New Milton or Lymington.

You are situated towards the end of the row, with incredibly pleasing views of The Needles on the Isle of Wight. The waters and adjoining seabed there form part of the Needles Marine Conservation Zone, and the Needles along with the shore and heath above are part of the Headon Warren and West High Down Site of Special Scientific Interest. 

Please note: site rental is £550 + VAT per annum (the beach hut structure is owned by the owner but the ground on which the hut sits is on the Barker-Mill Estate).
