Hayes Grove is an established, popular and particularly-peaceful residential development of both flats and townhouses; it’s located just off leafy and residential Copleston Road (Victorian terraces and town houses in the main) - in prime Peckham Rye/East Dulwich borderland.
East Dulwich Station is a four minute walk, while Peckham Rye Station is a 14 minute one. Bellenden Road and Lordship Lane are both a 10 minute stroll for shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants etc.

Independent shopping and markets are easily happened-upon too. North Cross Road's Saturday market is a strong one.
Some of our favourite little and lovely shops include Flock & Herd butchery, Review bookstore, Chener Books, The General Store, William Rose butchery and Moxon's. A big Sainsbury’s is also local to you, on Dog Kennel Hill.
Green space is everywhere! Goose Green, Warwick Gardens, Peckham Rye Park and Common’s 113 acres and Ruskin Park are all close for weekend wanders. Future ‘watch this space’ embellishments for the SE15 area include The Peckham Coal Line, as well as regeneration of and around Peckham Rye station. And SE22 has recently welcomed a new and local-to-you M&S (by the station).
