Central Camberwell is a similar distance by foot. Here we like The Camberwell Arms, Gladwell’s (for delicious luxury groceries), Theo’s, Veraison Wines, The Vineyard, Nandine, Grove Lane Deli and The Crooked Well especially. 

A large Sainsbury’s store is close by on Dog Kennel Hill, by Dulwich Hamlet FC. And there is a M&S Food Hall by East Dulwich Station. 

Green space? Local Lettsom Gardens is popular with locals; you can get your key for a nominal yearly fee. Local parks include Ruskin Park - with bandstand events throughout the summer plus a delicious Farmers’ Market (10am start on Sundays), Warwick Gardens and Peckham Rye Park and Common.
