For everyday bits, a large Sainsbury’s store is local on Dog Kennel Hill, or you can nip down Grove Vale to the new M&S Food Hall by ED Station. The Hill Bakery serves delicious fresh loaves on nearby Grove Lane, where you'll also find The Crooked Well pub and restaurant. 

South London Gallery is a short stroll away, and Camberwell leisure centre at the foot of Camberwell Grove on Artichoke Place has a good range of classes, plus gym and swimming. Also at the foot of Camberwell Grove is Butterfly Tennis Club, and Zen Yoga studio next door.

Lettsom Gardens is a great local secret space with woodland and allotments (get your key for a nominal yearly fee). Access it from a gate just up the road. Local larger Victorian parks include Ruskin Park, Warwick Gardens and Peckham Rye Park and Common's 113 acres.

Your local school options are excellent and include Lyndhurst, The Belham and Dog Kennel Hill primaries. The Villa Nursery & Pre-Preparatory School is also close on Lyndhurst Grove.
