East Dulwich’s Lordship Lane has lovely shops, bars and cafes, as well as an M&S Food Hall and a Picturehouse cinema. And North Cross Road’s regular Saturday market is delightful. 

Green space? Warwick Gardens and Lettsom Gardens are just a short walk. Bigger open spaces include Peckham Rye Park and Common, Ruskin and Dulwich Parks. 

Little ones? The Villa Nursery and Pre-Prep. School is local to you on nearby Lyndhurst Grove. The Belham Primary (run by Dulwich Hamlet Educational Trust) is the newest school in the area and is proving a gigantic hit with local families. Walk there in three minutes. Bellenden, Dog Kennel Hill and Lyndhurst primaries are also very well-regarded.
