In the warm months with longer days, Rye Lane’s rooftop bars are the go-to destination for cocktails and people-watching. Rye Lane is also where you’ll find Peckham Plex Cinema (fiver-films-forever) and Peckham Levels. Cafes? We like Anderson’s, Daily Goods, Lumberjack and The Pigeon Hole. 

Peckham and Camberwell both have good leisure centres with large lane pools, and The Butterfly Tennis Club and Zen Yoga Studio are also local, at the foot of beautiful Camberwell Grove. 

Schools? Your locals include Lyndhurst, Dog Kennel Hill, The Belham and Bellenden (primaries), and The Villa Nursery and Pre-Prep. School on Lyndhurst Grove (2-7).
